Chili con Carne
Ingredients:
1 lb. grass fed beef
1 large onion peeled and chopped
1 15 0z. can of no salt kidney beans drained and rinsed
45 ounces of no salt canned crushed tomatoes
2 T cooking oil
3 T Spicy Spuds and Other Stuff Smoky BBQ
2 T Spicy Spuds and Other Stuff Tangy Garlic Onion
1 ½ teaspoons of sea salt
Sauté the chopped onion in the cooking oil for 5 minutes. Add the ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain all the fat from the pan. Add the tomatoes, spices and salt. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Add kidney beans. Heat for 5 more minutes. Serve hot. Makes 10 servings. Enjoy! *Can be made vegan using additional beans.
