Chipotle Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef (15%) fat
1 medium sweet onion
½ cup no salt tomato sauce
½ cup of beef broth
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons Tangy Garlic Onion
1 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon of Chipotle Spice
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
¼ teaspoon of sea salt
10 corn tortillas (6 inch)
Dice the onion. Cook the onion in the olive oil in frying pan for about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef. Cook until browned. Add the tomato sauce, beef broth and all the spices. Simmer for 20-25 minutes until flavors blend and liquid is absorbed. Corn tortillas can be steamed or fried in hot oil. Divide taco mixture evenly between 10 tortillas. Serve hot. Enjoy!
